Zuva Petroleum (Pvt) Ltd invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of IT Service Desk Analyst based at Harare Depot.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Service Desk Analyst will be held accountable for the effective delivery of the following: –

Receiving and recording IT Systems End Users requests.
Allocate requests to appropriate Technical Staff.

Ensuring that all System Users queries are addressed.
Keep record of IT Documents (User creation forms etc.).

Preparing daily service management reports.

Updating and maintaining all hardware records.

Coordinating Preventive Maintenance on Group hardware.

Assist in the maintenance of hardware, networks, operating systems and internet setup and e-mail systems
Install and support WAN and LAN systems.

Enforcing compliance regarding usage of all systems.

Take leading role in the setup and testing of Disaster recovery Application Systems.

Identifies training needs and conducts training for systems users and technical staff.

Preparing new equipment for allocation to users.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems.

Professional Qualification such as CCNA

Syspro ERP Technical Certification and /working experience with Syspro

At least a minimum of 2 years dealing with Networks, Database Administration and/or Helpdesk Support.

Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
