Bindura Location (6 months)

SOS Children’s Village Association of Zimbabwe is a member of SOS International –a worldwide children’s social and development organisation, providing orphaned and vulnerable children with a family home and educational opportunities. We have over 1,500 projects in more than 130 countries

We seek an energetic and organised individual to fill in this position.

Responsibilities and Duties will include the following:
Support Recruitment and selection of co-workers at location level; Maintaining co-worker personnel files and Records Management; Employee Relations/Labour Relations at location level; Receiving donations and money and receipting them accordingly; Disbursing petty cash and maintaining the petty cash register; Updating the database; Keeping stationery and maintaining a stationery register; Manning the reception & organizing meetings; Typing correspondence and reports for the office; Receiving supplies and manage the stock room (confirming quantities); Demonstrate that he/she is passionate and knowledgeable about the issues affecting vulnerable children

Qualifications and Experience
At least a University Degree in Human Resources Management, Administration Psychology and Sociology; Diploma in Labour Relations/Human Resources Management will be a definite advantage; Knowledge of basic accounting is an added advantage.
