Job Description Inventory management:
Replenishing levels, purchases, storage and issuance Event and diary management for meetings, appointments and activities
Assist with drafting of business proposals, plans, letters and research documents
Maintaining clean premises and management of company generators and logistics
Asset registers, Policy documents, Licenses, Insurances, Receptionist duties, filing duties and handling mall
Assisting with estimating and costing duties
Office Administration Diploma or related Qualification
Qualification in Printing or Creative Arts is an added advantage
Minimum of 4 years work experience in Office Administration and Reception work
