Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting is a pre-requisite or similar accounting qualification.

2. Advanced Commercial skills or professional course .

3. A highly confidential and articulate individual.

4. At least 5 ‘O” Levels and two Commercial subjects at Advanced level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Management of Council’s creditors

2. Preparation of daily expenditure payouts.

3. Analyze salary schedules.

4. Prepare periodically, creditors listing for external audit .

5. Any other duties as assigned by Finance Director .
