We need someone working towards or already with a Professional Qualification in Records Management &/ Library Information Systems Management. Their duties will be to sort out records for archiving and or destruction, record these details in a way that makes it easy to retrieve them, store electronic files (scanning the files and saving these onto discs) for future access and of course any other duties as may be assigned. The applicant should have a strong appreciation for IT and Microsoft packages.
