Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Teaching Chinese as a second language or equivalent
• Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese as a second language an added advantage
• At least 3 years’ experience
• Teaching at least two or more foreign languages an added advantage
Key Result Areas/ Duties
• To set up a language section.
• Interpretation and translation of Chinese language
• Selling of all training programmes to the industry
• Drafting of an expression of interest to prospective clients

Preparing training proposals for client engagement and presentations.
• Developing and designing course programmes for languages i n consultation with key stakeholders (industrialists etc),
• Teaching elementary, intermediate an d advanced Chinese language,
• Preparing learners for Chinese Proficiency Test,
• Develop interactive instructional programs to engage students in learning process,
• Update course materials based on changing curriculum plan,
• Maintain student attendance and academic records,
• Create structured. positive. and teaming environment for students,
• Monitor students academic performance and provide feedback to improve student learning and developmental skills,

Attributes/ Competencies
• An ability to deliver a lively training session.
• Good technical judgment
• Self-management skills, including ability to plan and prioritise workload
• Ability to interpret and translate Chinese
