3 years’ experience as a Senior Chef with excellent customer service.
Meal Preparations, ordering of stock, managing budget, attracting of new customers with world class menu options
Diploma or Certificate in Professional Cookery/hospitality management.
Knowledge of computers would be an added advantage
Willing to undergo practical interviews
