IN CHIPINGE/CHIMANIMANI

The scope of work for this role is to support the Oxfam humanitarian team to record compile and clean and highlighting any challenges and support needs and attending program meetings, compile and circulate minutes as well as filing them as required.

This role will involve supporting the Oxfam humanitarian team to mobilize and engage communities and relevant stakeholders for purposes of collecting data needed throughout the project cycle. Accurate entry of beneficiary and service provider data in specified formats such as Excel and SPSS as well as conducting data verification and cleaning. The role will also involve compiling daily update reports on project data capturing highlighting any challenges and support needs and attending programme meetings, compile and circulate minutes as well as filing them as required.

What we are looking for:

At least ‘A’ level education, Mathematics at ‘O’ level mandatory, Strong verbal and written communication skills including report writing skills, Good understanding and knowledge of the local situation and community dynamics including cultural, gender and protection issues, Know how to effectively convey information, in local languages and in English; Expertise to enter, transcribe, record, maintain data/ information in written or electronic forms (previous experience in enumeration preferred)
