* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• IPMZ qualification and membership
• Expert knowledge of labor laws, CBA arc disciplinary procedures
• Critical thinking and problem solving abilities

Job Description:

• Management and supervision of the HR Department
• Training Programs
• Management of performance management system
• Formulation of productivity, motivation and incentives schemes
• Payroll management
• Recruitment and training
• Presiding over disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
• Recruitment and training
• Presiding over disciplinary procedures and conflict
resolution
• Formulating and implementation of Human Resources
Policies
• Human resources planning and succession planning
* Advising and coaching line managers on HR issues and systems
